If a structural issue is brought on the Home Buyer Report we will discuss this with you and decide if you wish to proceed. If you want to progress we will appoint a structural engineer on your behalf to visit the property and report on the issue and works required.
We aim to get a quote for repairs within one working week. Typically access to the property is needed by the contractor and sometimes that can take 1-2 days to arrange with the estate agent and seller.
